Power Moves - SEHK, Shoulder, Elbow, Hip, Knee

4 joints, Shoulder, Elbow, Hip, Knee.

http://weddings.weddingchannel.com/wedding-planning-ideas/wedding-exercise-routines.aspx?MsdVisit=1

A general idea of the book from the above link, a few exercises.

Again, a lot of it is Yoga, some works with free weights, gym balls, medicine balls, overall, not that much new but the approach seems to be simple,  a simple list of exercises probably numbering around 70.

Marco Borges, the Jay-Z and Beyonce workout trainer, says when doing the resistance ball chest press:
Place your back on the resistance ball, your legs bent, feet on the ground. Slowly press the dumbbells over your chest until your elbows are almost locked. For better balance, keep your back straight and pull in your abs.

experimenting with a daily wakeup routine

Just hypothetically,  start every day with:

1.) 50 pushups/pressups, not all at once,  (Sun Salutations, however)

2.) Indian club Windmill Squats. (Or consider other IC variations)

3.) Yoga Crow position and/or some other balancing positions.

4.) A few Kettle bell Swings.

An hour of exercise!

The Body Electric, Margaret Richards, PBS

http://www.amazon.com/Body-Electric-Margaret-Richard/dp/0071544801

Good reviews at amazon, I see the show still comes on if one can find the channels: http://www.bodyelectrictv.com/shows/

Also, Cynthia Kereluk seems to be another exercise show instructor. Not that important to hunt down the shows but good to know.
